Annotazione

From Bandcamp

Recorded live at home to celebrate the day, this fun ballad (recorded version originally released on Blessings, 2007) of driving from Asheville to Memphis just to stand in circle and tell bad jokes with loved ones is Sooj's way of wishing you a happy April!

words & music copyright S. J. Tucker 2007; this recording copyright S. J. Tucker 2022. Guitar, vocals, and mix by S. J. Tucker. Tracked & produced at home in the Pixiehouse as part of S. J.'s "Tricksters in Wonderland" online show for April 1 & 3, 2022. Special thanks to Satyr (for the cozy North Carolina room all those years ago) and to Summerland Grove (for so much).
